Lion fish sightings are a result of the lion fish culling program by STENAPA, St.Eustatius. The effectiveness of the culling program is maximised. Over time locations where most culling can take place are more visited frequently. Frequented locations are on the edges of the drop-offsand the outer edges of the marine park boundaries. Not many lion fish are seen at the dive sites, nor in between.
